By purchasing any product or digital resource from Al Arabiya Learning Hub, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

Al Arabiya Learning Hub reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of any product or service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all products and digital resources sold by Al Arabiya Learning Hub, including but not limited to online courses, e-books, phrasebooks, PDF resources, flashcard packs, and any future digital products.

Upon purchase you will receive access to your chosen product as described on the relevant sales page at the time of purchase. This may include:

  • Online course content hosted via Systeme.io (video lessons, quizzes, worksheets, downloadable materials, and certificate of completion where applicable)
  • Digital downloads such as e-books, phrasebooks, PDF guides or flashcard packs delivered electronically
  • Any other digital resource as described on the product sales page

 

Full details of what is included in each product are clearly stated on the individual sales page prior to purchase. It is your responsibility to read all product information before purchasing.

 

4. Access & Login

Where a product is delivered via an online platform (such as Systeme.io):

  • Access is granted to one named individual only
  • Your login credentials are strictly non-transferable
  • Sharing your login details with any other person is strictly prohibited
  • If login sharing is detected, Al Arabiya Learning Hub reserves the right to immediately revoke access without refund
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and confidential

 

5. Refund Policy

Due to the strictly digital nature of all products sold by Al Arabiya Learning Hub, all sales are considered final. We operate a no-refund policy under the following circumstances.

 

No refund will be issued if:

  • The product has been accessed, opened or downloaded in any way after purchase
  • Any course lessons have been viewed, even partially
  • Any documents, worksheets or materials have been opened or downloaded
  • Any quizzes have been attempted
  • A certificate has been generated or downloaded
  • More than 24 hours have passed since the date of purchase
  • A discount code or promotional offer was used at checkout
  • The purchase was made during a sale or promotional period
  • You claim the product is “not what you expected” — full product content and objectives are clearly described on the sales page prior to purchase, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to read all information before purchasing
  • You have simply changed your mind after purchase
  • You claim you did not have time to use the product
  • You claim you already have prior knowledge of the content
  • You purchased the product as a gift for another person
  • You experienced personal circumstances after purchase
  • The purchase was made via an affiliate or referral link
  • Our system confirms the account was created and accessed, regardless of any claimed non-receipt
  • You have not engaged with or used the product

 

Exceptional Refund Consideration

A refund may be considered only under the following strict conditions:

  • The product has not been accessed, opened or downloaded in any way whatsoever
  • The refund request is made within 24 hours of purchase
  • You contact us directly at alarabiyalearninghub@outlook.com with your full name, order number and reason for your request
  • Our system confirms zero access to any part of the product

 

Refund requests that do not meet all of the above conditions will not be considered under any circumstances.

 

6. Chargeback Policy

Important Notice

Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting Al Arabiya Learning Hub directly will be treated as fraud and will be fully disputed. We retain all records of:

  • Purchase confirmation
  • Account creation
  • Login activity
  • Content accessed
  • Downloads made
  • Time stamps of all activity

 

This evidence will be submitted in full to your bank or payment provider to dispute any fraudulent claim. Al Arabiya Learning Hub reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary and to permanently ban the individual from all future courses, products and services.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content created and sold by Al Arabiya Learning Hub is the sole intellectual property of Wafa Jouini trading as Al Arabiya Learning Hub and is fully copyright protected. This includes but is not limited to:

  • All video lessons and audio content
  • All written materials, worksheets and documents
  • All downloadable resources including e-books, phrasebooks and PDF guides
  • All quizzes and assessments
  • All branding, design and course structure
  • All flashcard content and physical or digital product designs

 

You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy or duplicate any part of any product
  • Share, distribute or publish any content
  • Resell or redistribute any materials
  • Use any content for commercial purposes
  • Record or screenshot any video lessons
  • Pass off any content as your own work

 

Violation of these terms will result in immediate access revocation and may result in legal action.

 

8. Results Disclaimer

  • Al Arabiya Learning Hub does not guarantee specific results from the use of any product
  • Results vary depending on individual effort, commitment, consistency and practice
  • Our products provide the tools and knowledge — your progress depends on your own dedication

 

9. Technical Requirements

  • It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device to access any online product
  • Al Arabiya Learning Hub is not responsible for any technical difficulties experienced on your personal device
  • If you experience any issues with the delivery platform itself, please contact us at alarabiyalearninghub@outlook.com and we will endeavour to assist you

 

10. Pricing & Promotions

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
  • Al Arabiya Learning Hub reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice
  • Discount and affiliate codes are non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer
  • Purchasing during a promotional period does not entitle you to any additional discount or refund on the difference if the price changes after your purchase

 

11. Affiliate Purchases

  • Purchases made through an affiliate or referral link are subject to the same terms and conditions
  • The existence of an affiliate relationship does not entitle the buyer to any special refund consideration
